I've been labeled 'bold' and 'intense' and while there's no doubt that I live life passionately, I get it done... With integrity as my compass.
The way that I move through the world is really more like skipping through the universe! I've been told that I have a knack for reminding others of their own value. I am here Raising a Revolutionary and I look forward to sharing my experience with you through hacks, classes, interviews- honest and raw.
I love all creatures, I talk to trees, and I probably have the loudest laugh in the room. Oh, and a Mama Bear, no doubt. I'm so very honored that my son and business partner, Hudson, chose me along this journey.

I am an entrepreneur, an advocate for the Earth and a surfer with a passion to cook and travel the world. Through my first courses on Teachable, I express the need for both gratitude and integrity first and foremost, regardless of what one is doing in life.
I enjoy laughing with my friends, having deep conversations about humanity's imagined orders and fashioning culinary creations for the people that I love.
I would like other people to know that the key to finding inspiration in everyday life is really all about appreciating themselves. And a great way to tap into valuing yourself is to design your personal culinary fingerprint!
